It is truly amazing how much our little blessing has changed in 6 months. I was looking at her newborn pictures just last night and she has grown so much & has much more hair. She absolutely grabs ahold of anything in reach. She has quite the grip now & can pinch things with her pointer and thumb.
She is full of smiles and giggles and doesn't meet a stranger. She sits up well when put in that position and can balance fairly well but occasionally topples over still. She gets herself into the crawling position but hasn't become mobile just yet. She has started pulling herself up a little if put in an opportune position (in front of the car steering wheel).
Everything, including Oliver, goes into her mouth if she gets ahold of it and we still have a waterfall of drool. We go through anywhere from 5 to 10 bibs a day. She likes to bang toys on the table or throw them behind her too. She is an excellent cereal eater and bottle taker. We are going to introduce solids and a sippy cup this week. She goes back to the Dr. Thursday for a 2 week check-up following her ear infection and for her 6 month shots. :(
We just got back from an overnight trip to Little Rock to visit Sirron & Caroline. Caroline turned 3 on Saturday! She is such a cutie! We are looking forward to enjoying this week. Daddy is off for 5 nights in a row! Hope everyone has a blessed week!
