Giggles, Splashin, & Popsicles

My lack of blogging is not due to lack of fun around the McKnight household. We have been going nonstop and I have just a few pictures to show for it.

Vacation Bible School

We have been swimming any chance we get! The girls have been taking swimming lessons. Salie has really started getting the hang of it and has even started jumping off the diving board with and without floaties! Elliott loves the pool but is not so fond of actually doing any of the lesson part.

We enjoyed a trip to the zoo with Morgan, PD, & Annelise along with Elizabeth, Brian, Adleigh, & Ezleigh. When we first arrived the monkeys were quite playful at the cafĂ© windows. We went to check them out and one spun around and slapped the window in front of Elliott & Salie. Elliott had her bags packed, ready to go home, and required some convincing that the zoo wouldn't be scary! Craziest part was that she had touched a snake on the way into the zoo.

We celebrated the Fourth of July at Nana & Granddad's house after Mommy got off work and were very well dressed thanks to Gramma! Elliott wasn't a big fan of fireworks but they did spark her curiosity! Salie loved every minute!

We FINALLY made a trip to Little Rock and splashed around with Sirron, Caroline, & Wyatt! Hard to believe they are 5 years old and 6 months old now!

We threw a little Aunt Shelby in our summer as well!

Oh Salie, you are so pretty! Who did you get your good looks from?  "My Grampa from Florida!" We enjoyed a wonderful visit with Gramma and Grampa including the waterpark and an airplane restaurant.

Salie had her first dental cleaning and loves her "princess teeth"! She hopped into the chair like a pro.

We celebrated the best Dad in the whole world on Father's Day!

We had plenty more fun along the way including celebrating Nana's birthday, a Salie movie date, lots of gymnastics, and Elliott's first time to climb all the way up the playground and slide down the slide at Chick Fil A!

These little girls and their daddy keep me on my toes. My house is a disaster, I'm behind on everything, and I cut off part of my pinkie but we are making memories around here!
