After two weeks of daily rains and swampy yards, we are experiencing some rather cool August weather and are taking advantage of every minute. We spent last weekend in Little Rock picking up Elliott's crib and buying Salie a new dresser. We stopped at the River Market and took a little walk. We also went to the Park Plaza mall and Salie loved looking down from the upper level at the people below.
Thursday, we accompanied Daddy on the golf course. Salie loved driving the golf cart, running a muck, and exploring! We saw a bunny rabbit, ducks, and many puppy dogs. I don't have a picture but on Tuesday night Salie stayed with her friend Annalee for a few hours while Mommy & Daddy went to dinner for Daddy's birthday and last night she stayed with Nana & Granddad so Mommy & Daddy could go to a movie for Daddy's birthday. Today, we picked Salie up and spent the day playing! It was fabulous!
We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends and family that love us and our sweet Salie so much! We can't wait to introduce Elliott into this love!
