We just returned home from our first family vacation yesterday. We left last Friday and flew to Daytona Beach, Florida to visit Grandpa Al & Grandma Marcia. Salie flew for the first time and had a brand new car seat waiting on her (she graduated to a big car seat). She wasn't a fan of it on the way down there (bad timing on our part with naps and bedtime) but she did much better coming home despite her double ear infections. Poor baby girl got sick on vacation. She managed to poop out of 2 diapers (one of which was in midair) and make it through 3 outfits on the trip home! Talented little girl!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with family. Salie was excited to see her grandparents as were they excited to see her! We had an excellent time hanging out, playing, & shopping. Not much time was spent at the beach due to gloomy weather, but we were able to get some great beach shots! Salie loved all the affection & attention and we loved watching it! She also tried mango and loved it! We look forward to our next family vacation and too more time spent with Grandpa Al and Grandma Marcia! We love & miss you guys!
