To Aunt Brandi & Uncle Travis' house we go!
We just made it home from a weekend getaway to visit Aunt Brandi, Uncle Travis, Tristen, & Terry. We had a blast! Salie has her first ear infection & this is the first time she has been sick so we were not sure what to expect. She was excellent! If you didn't see her runny nose, you wouldn't even know she was sick. She was smiley & happy the whole time. She was an excellent traveler & seemed to thoroughly enjoy her time with family.
We arrived late Friday night just in time to see the second half of Tristen's high school football game. Saturday, Aunt Brandi & Uncle Travis soaked up every minute they could with Salie so John & I could shop and go to the Hogs game. Today, we met the Hernandez's at church & then enjoyed lunch with Grandpa & Grandma Stallings. It was a hectic but fun weekend that we need to make happen more often!
After we arrived home, Salie decided she would start trying to crawl. She can get her arms going or her legs but not quite together just yet! She scoots herself backwards as she tries. It won't be long so this momma has got to start babyproofing!
Tomorrow is 6 month pictures & family pictures since Mommy has the day off! Happy late Labor Day to me! Have a great week!
